Sepak Industries delivers hygienic stainless-steel and specialty alloy fabrication for food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and industrial applications where quality, cleanability and long-term durability are non-negotiable. We fabricate sanitary pipework, vessels and packaged skids designed for repeatable cleaning, reliable operation and compliant performance in high-care environments.

Our fabrication approach is built around disciplined welding practice, experienced trades and robust quality control. Qualified fabricators and documented inspection processes ensure weld integrity, fit-up accuracy and consistent outcomes - reducing rework and supporting reliable commissioning and operation.

Hygienic detailing is engineered into every build. We design for drainability and cleanability by reducing or eliminating deadlegs, crevices, shadow zones and product hold-up points - minimising contamination risk and improving CIP effectiveness across the full operating lifecycle.

Where projects require pressure equipment, we design and manufacture in accordance with relevant standards, including AS 1210 for pressure vessels. We support projects with practical documentation and verification aligned to client requirements, including traceability, inspection records and test evidence.

For hygienic product-contact applications, we can provide refined internal finishes, including mirror polishing and high-quality surface preparation to support cleanability and reduce product hold-up. This is particularly important for high-care and sensitive products where residue control must be tightly managed.

Materials selection is driven by duty conditions and corrosion risk. In addition to 316L stainless steel, Sepak works with specialty alloys such as titanium, duplex and super duplex grades where chloride exposure, aggressive cleaning regimes, elevated temperature or demanding mechanical duty require higher performance. We also apply practical corrosion protection measures - correct alloy selection, weld quality, surface finishing and detailing - to reduce the likelihood of pitting, crevice corrosion and premature asset degradation.
