Sepak Industries’ Powder Mixing Systems, incorporating our advanced high-shear pump technology, provide a fast and efficient solution for powder–liquid blending in continuous wet processes. These skid-mounted, inline systems are specifically designed for handling difficult-to-wet powders that cannot simply be tipped into a vessel and stirred.
By combining a shear pump, self-priming pump, powder hopper, valves, and hygienic pipework, the system achieves up to 90% faster dissolving times compared to conventional processes. With the capability to dissolve up to 15 tonnes of sugar per hour in cold water, Sepak’s shear mixing systems deliver significant cost and time savings while ensuring reliable, homogeneous results.
