Sepak Industries designs and manufactures fully custom process equipment for food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and high-care industrial applications where standard off-the-shelf solutions are not suitable. We work from first principles—process requirements, hygiene risk, materials compatibility, control philosophy and lifecycle performance—to deliver equipment that is purpose-built for your product, site constraints and compliance obligations.

Our custom equipment capability spans vessels, skids and integrated process lines, including pasteurisers, aseptic mixers, CIP/COP systems, dosing and filling solutions, heat-transfer systems and packaged utilities. Every system is engineered as part of the wider process, ensuring interfaces with upstream and downstream equipment, services and controls are robust, cleanable and repeatable in operation.

We place strong emphasis on hygienic design and manufacturability. Equipment geometry, weld quality, surface finish, drainability, access for inspection and cleanability are engineered in from the outset—reducing validation risk, simplifying maintenance and extending service life. Materials selection is driven by product chemistry, temperature, cleaning regimes and regulatory environment, not convenience.

Automation and control are integrated as a core part of the equipment design. We develop PLC/HMI architectures that support recipe control, batch traceability, alarm management and repeatable cleaning cycles, ensuring operators can run complex systems reliably with minimal intervention. Where required, systems are supplied with structured documentation and test regimes aligned to regulated environments (FAT/SAT, OQ/PQ-style evidence packs).
