Design & Features

Anchor-type outer stirrer with nylon scrapers plus aerofoil-type inner stirrers for optimal turbulence and mixing.

Scrapers prevent product burn-on, while improving heating efficiency near vessel walls.

Mixers can be adapted to existing vessels or supplied as complete systems with purpose-built process vessels.

Scrapers are tool-free and can be replaced in minutes; no bolted couplings inside the vessel.

Fitted with hard-faced mechanical seals or split seals for vacuum mixing operations.

All wetted parts manufactured from 316 stainless steel for durability and food safety.
