Sepak specialises in the integration of waste heat recovery systems, including heat exchangers, buffer storage and high-efficiency heat pump systems, to convert recovered energy into usable hot and chilled water for process, cleaning and utility services. Where appropriate, systems are designed to operate across multiple temperature levels to maximise coefficient of performance (COP) and overall energy return.

Sustainability upgrades are delivered with a strong focus on operational stability. Control philosophy, sequencing and fault handling are engineered to ensure recovered energy is utilised without introducing process risk, temperature instability or maintenance burden. Integration with existing PLC, HMI and SCADA platforms ensures transparency and long-term supportability.

For operating facilities, we implement upgrades using staged installation, offsite prefabrication and controlled commissioning to minimise disruption. The result is a practical pathway to lower energy intensity, reduced emissions and improved operating cost - without the need for wholesale plant replacement.
