Over the Moon Organics is a family owned company making hand-made organic cheeses in Albany, Western Australia. The company began production in November 2007 and milks its own herd of Brown Swiss and Jersey cows specially selected for their milk and cheese-making qualities.

Pure Gelato first contacted Sepak Industries in August 2010 for Australian Standard Ice Cream mix processing system.

We contacted Sepak because we wanted to deal with an Australian company who understands the needs of an Australian company, values such as reliability, value, after sales support and most of all understanding the stringent requirements of the Food Safe Australia's strict requirements.

After an initial phone with Sepak Industries' managing director Mr. Henry Kong, we were satisfied that Sepak could fulfil our requirements. Sepak managed to accommodate all our requests to meet budget with no compromise on the production output and energy saving requirements.

We are now operating with much larger capacity with less operating costs due to reduced labour and energy saving. To top it off, the after sales support has proven to be extremely reliable when we need it most. Recently The Sepak team helped us restart our Pasteuriser on the same day after an unfortunate production stoppage. We had no wastage of our product batch on that day. This sort of service would not have been possible if we were to have placed an order for equipment from Europe.

Three Threes Condiments first contacted Sepak in 1999 for specially designed Lobe pump to replace Alfa Laval lobe pump.

This pump is still in operation today. Since then Sepak Industries has carried on with supplying reliable equipment with excellent technical support over the years. Sepak has successfully designed, installed and commissioned the following equipment; MightyMite Yeast Spread mixing and transfer system,  Mustard Batching system, 2 more Lobe pumps, Shear Blender for Tomato sauces and other sauces, Onion washer, Pickled vegetable Blanching and a weighing and transfer system complete with PLC controlled automation system.

Sepak also helped us out with Food grade pipe work, food grade valves and other components from time to time. They have always apply their best abilities and technological knowledge backed up with second to none in customer service, we would recommend Sepak Industries for any type of Food Processing Systems.

Henry and the team at Sepak have been absolutely fantastic to work with over the last few years.
