SEPAK Industries steam melting grids provide an efficient solution for processing solid products such as butter, shortening, and waxes. Compared with conventional electric methods, steam grids significantly reduce melting times while preventing equipment damage and product burn-on.

Instead of loading large solid blocks into heated vessels, our system melts the product as it enters the process. Field installations have demonstrated the ability to melt 25 kg of solid shortening in under five minutes, with less than 25% remaining as small particles that quickly dissolve when paired with SEPAK heated process vessels.

Steam heating allows precise control by pressure regulation, eliminating temperature overshoot and ensuring a consistent, high-quality result.
