Special solutions

Valve positioners

DigiPos digital I/P positioner from Guth as standard, lantern with NAMUR interface (DIN/IEC 534-6) for the integration of other types of controllers

· signal range 4-20 mA

· calibration of linear, equal percentage or special characteristic curve via interface (RS 232) and visualization software

· auto-calibration for simple start-up

· contact-free positioning, therefore easy to install, non-wearing and insensitive to vibration

· no internal air consumption in adjusted position

· partial or split range operation as well as signal inversion possible

Overflow valves

· safety valve to compensate pressure peaks in pipes

· response pressure via standard spring, adjustable from 0.5-6 bar

· special springs for additional response pressures available upon request

· pneumatic drive to lift up seat for cleaning bypass line

Bottom drain valves
