.Bottle washing water recovery system

Sepak Industries bottle washing water recovery system consists of two main assemblies, Water recovery tank, and spray nozzles assembly. It is an effective system to wash bottles and recover water in a continuous production line.The Stainless steel recovery tank with 225 liters water capacity equipped with integrated heating system, pumping and filtration system. This system reduces the wastage of water and reduces the labour.

An 18 kW direct immersion heater controlled by a digital temperature controller to assure a stable set-point temperature, supported with auto tuning technology to reduce temperature overshot.
